About me

"Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck." Dalai Lama

My passion for the sea inspired me to pursue a degree in Marine Science and my interest in respecting the environment and applying my theoretical knowledge in a practical way led me to work in the field of wind energy.

My sense of adventure and my curiosity for other cultures brought about the opportunity to both live in and travel to many different countries and continents for both professional and personal reasons. I made the decision to settle in Germany more than ten years ago.

At the same time during these years, I embarked on one of the most crucial journeys of my life.  Who was I and who did I want to be? How was I to take hold of the reigns of my own life? Through the exploration of and participation in different therapies I gained ever more self-knowledge and awareness of those automated patterns and internal dialogues that were limiting me. Step by step I brought  my own self-sabotaging to light and began to discover the reasons I was not enjoying my own life.

The one area that has struck me most profoundly and continues to fascinate me the most is how what we think and feel effect our physical body.

Emigration has also been one of  profound significance in my life. At times I have felt a deep sadness, being torn between two countries and cultures. I learned along the way that the only certain thing is change. Therefore, becoming more flexible and resilient has helped me to face (any)changes with a different mindset, a different attitude.

Biographie

I was born on the volcanic island of Lanzarote (Canary Islands) on 04.12.1972.

I spent most of my childhood and youth in the South of Spain and returned to the Canary Islands for my university studies.

During my university studies I had the opportunity to collaborate on projects in Mexico at a research centre.
After graduating from university, I went to work and live in Greece, again in Spain (Madrid) and finally moved to Germany.

And I have always taken every opportunity to travel to Africa, the United States, Asia, and South America.
